Can I book this when I get there?
We provide bookings only online or by telephone.
It is recommended you pre-book your service to
avoid disappointment as many of the tours
are popular and can be sold out early. If you
wish to wait and book from us at the destination,
you may call us at that time, but some tours may
not be available. Reservations must be made at
least 48 hours in advance.
cancellation policy
What are the cancellation rules for reservations?
On most reservations there is no refund at any
time. There are no refunds for failing to take
your tour or if you cancel less than 24 hours of
the tour time. We charge 100% of total price
for cancellations made within 24 hours of the
tour date and "no-shows" on the day of the tour.
Most tours have no refund. In other cases, such
as air flight issues, cancellations must be received
48 hours before a tour to qualify for any form
of refund. If you are late for a tour, you should
assume that you have missed the tour and will
not get a refund. In some circumstances a credit
voucher may be offered to a customer and is good
for one year.
weather problems
What happens if it rains, or if the travel
operator cancels on the day of the tour?
Unless the weather directly affects the safety
of the travel service you have booked, all travel
tours will operate as scheduled. Rainy weather does
not usually cause a tour to be canceled.
In the case where a travel operator cancels
a tour and is unable to reschedule within 2 days,
we confirm the cancellation with you and
will contact you via telephone and email.
Your credit card reservation will be automatically
refunded to the card charged.

I don't know what date I'm traveling yet; can I
book a tour and leave it open dated?
You cannot leave a reservation open-dated, but
you may make a reservation for a future date,
and then contact us 30 days in advance to change
the date. There will be a $20.00 change fee.

departure times are subject to change and
reconfirmation is often required prior to departure.

on the destination page. We have no additional
information, but you are certainly welcome to
email with additional questions. Our tours only
provide a guide and transportation.

Does this service include a meal?
Our tours do not include meals. Convenient
restaurant stops, if booked in advance during
the tour or suggestions can be made.

How long is the tour?
The length of each tour usually lasts 1-2 hours
for a local driving and/or hiking tour.

Can you tell me what hotels are close to the
departure point? Our services include all hotel
pick-ups. Hotel pick-ups are always available
from the major tourist areas in town.
languages
What languages are available for this tour?
The tours and services are available in
English only.
payment
How can I pay for my reservations?
All tours must be prepaid by credit card. We
accept Discover, MasterCard, or VISA. A
reservation invoice requesting payment
will be sent to you by email.
You may reserve and pay securely online with
our Google online merchant account.

How do I confirm my hotel pick-up?
Please provide your hotel name at the time
of booking, and then call the telephone number
on your reservation 24 to 48 hours prior to
your tour or activity to reconfirm your
pick-up time and the precise location.
pick-ups from airport
Do you pick up from the airport?
Our tours and activities do not offer airport
pick ups. Most city airports are located well
away from the city center and tour operators
cannot offer a pick up service from these areas.
There are several airport shuttle and public
transit services available going to Santa Cruz.
price quotes
I would like a quote for a tour.
You can receive a quote for any of our tours
online at any time. Simply send an email with
the date, the number of people required, and
you will receive a live quote for that tour.
Rates start at $60 for up to a 2-hour
tour per person when an online reservation is made.
tickets and confirmation
How will I receive my tickets?
You will receive an email receipt confirming
your credit card charge immediately after
submitting your reservation. You will then
receive a reservation notification confirming
all details. If your tour is in less than 72
hours, we will provide your reservation
notification as quickly as possible. Simply
print your reservation notification, and present
it when you meet your guide. Your reservation
notification will include a contact number
for the operations staff; please call that
number at least 24 hours prior to the tour
to confirm any details. Please be sure to
print your reservation notification. We do
not mail tickets.
wheelchairs
Can you accommodate passengers in wheelchairs?
Unfortunately, wheelchair facilities are not
available on our tours.
children
Can you accommodate small children?
We are unable to transport small children on
our tours. California law states children under
40 pounds in weight and under 4 years old of
age must be placed in an automobile child
safety seat. Safety seats are not provided
on our tours.

Can I book by phone? You may call us to make
your reservations. Please email requesting the
local reservations number with a good time to
contact you.

I don't have or own a credit card, how do I book?
If you plan far enough in advance, we can accept
payments by money order or cashier's check.
directions and maps
Can you give me directions or maps from one
place to another? We are able to assist you with
any questions specifically relating to the
booking of our tours. We may not be able to
answer your general travel questions, but will
be happy to offer suggestions whenever possible.

If I will not arrive in time to confirm 24 hours
in advance, what do I do? Reconfirming
24 hours in advance is mandatory with some tours.
If you will not be arriving at your destination
in time to reconfirm within 24 to 48 hours,
please reconfirm with the tour operator
prior to this time. It is highly recommended
you receive this up-to-date confirmation directly
from the tour operator prior to departure.
All relevant details and contact numbers
can be found on your reservation confirmation.
When you call to reconfirm, be sure to check
the time and find out which location at your
hotel or meeting place will be used for the pick-up.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are
in the correct pick up location at the correct
time. (We recommend that you are ready at least
10 minutes before pick-up time.)

Why haven't I received my confirmation email?
You should have received an email confirming
that your order was received and your credit
card charged. This email is automatically sent
when you place your order. If you did not receive
this email, please check the email
address you entered (if you printed a copy of
your order), or email us at

and we will check the email address.

What do I need for the tour?
You must print the reservation confirmation and
take it on your trip so that you have all the
information upon arriving at the destination.
When you have completed your booking, it is
essential that you print your reservation
confirmation. This reservation confirmation
is your proof of purchase. It must be presented
to the guide upon commencement of your tour.
